I have a Handy lift,30" lift,(full drive on) and wouldn't do without one if I was going to work on any bike very much.(1-800-247-7594) I was pleased with the delivery and handling of the purchase. Mine cost $925 with side extensions for ATV's, golf carts, riding mowers all of which are here at Thumper Acres and need to be maintained. If space is an issue then look at the bike jacker, see below @ about $600.00. It lifts not quite as high as the Handy, but is simply a rail with a lifting mechanism which allows really good access to the underside of the bike. Highest lift and by far the most expensive was from Snap-on tools (desperado EElR319A goes 48" high). Looked really good, but too rich for my blood and I own a Snap-on box and lots of their tools and test equipment. It is imported I think from Europe, and that may be part of the cost difference. I also have the $99.00 lift from Sam's club and it needs some adapters or spacer blocks to fit well around the Savage exhaust bracket. So the range is $100.00 to $1600.00 with stops in between. Good luck sorting it out.
